Our client is a leading provider of Medical products to clients across the Caribbean region. Due to growth, they are seeking to add a proven professional to the management team based in the Curacao office.
Job Summary:
The HR Manager is responsible for the introduction and implementation of policies and procedures that will serve to foster and enhance a positive organizational culture that aligns with the company's mission, values, and strategic goals as well as increase productivity from all staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a culture strategy that supports the organization's vision and values.
- Collaborate with leadership to align cultural initiatives with business objectives.
- Create and facilitate programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Organize team-building activities, events, and initiatives that foster a sense of community.
- Ensure effective communication of cultural values and initiatives across the organization.
- Act as a liaison between employees and leadership regarding cultural matter
- Develop and implement employee feedback mechanisms to assess cultural health.
- Analyse survey data and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and deliver training programs that promote the desired culture, including diversity, equity, and inclusion training.
- Support leadership in integrating cultural values into their management practices.
- Enhance the onboarding process to ensure new hires understand and embrace the company culture.
- Provide ongoing support to employees in their cultural integration.
- Regularly assess the organizational culture through surveys, focus groups, and other methods.
- Prepare reports for leadership on culture metrics and recommendations for improvement.
- Foster a trusting relationship with all levels of staff to facilitate one-to-one sessions.
- Review current performance appraisal method and revise accordingly.
- Analyse current employee benefits and research new incentives to encourage staff performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Ideally worked in a high-quality B2B service delivery environment.
- Strong understanding of organizational culture and employee engagement principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
- 3+ years of experience in HR, organizational development, or culture management.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Capable of achieving measurable ROI on HR initiatives.
