Are you customer-focused, digitally skilled, and flexible? As a Property Management Associate, you’ll be the main point of contact for our guests. You’ll handle check-in & check-outs, guest inquiries, ensure a warm welcome and resolve any guest concerns. Additionally, you will oversee the daily management of the vacation rentals and collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to keep operations running smoothly. Own transportation is required.
✅ What will you do?
Oversee daily management of vacation rentals, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and readiness for new guests.
Proactively connect with guests before arrival to understand and meet their expectations.
Respond to guest inquiries and handle complaints professionally
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for smooth operations.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to share updates.
Actively participate in meetings to discuss improvements and guest-focused initiatives.
💡 What do you bring?
MBO+ or HBO level of education with experience in hospitality or tourism.
Excellent English communication skills.
Guest-oriented, well-organized, and adept at multitasking.
Familiarity with vacation rental platforms is essential.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
Valid driver’s license and own car.
Proficiency in Google Business is a plus.
Key competencies include stress resilience, adaptability, a solution-oriented mindset, and strong planning and communication skills.
