We are looking for a dynamic HR & Office Executive to oversee various HR & Office functions. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring smooth HR operations and contribute to a great employee experience.
Human Resources:
- Manage all HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding & offboarding.
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with laws and company standards.
- Administer employee benefits, payroll processing, and leave management.
- Maintain accurate HR Systems, HR records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance to applicable legislation.
- Manage performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
Office Management:
- Ensure smooth office operations, including facilities management and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate office maintenance including compliance to health and safety.
- Organise company events, and team-building activities.
- Serve as the point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in HR and office roles.
- Excellent command or written & spoken English.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
